Irvine, CA — November 2025 — Cognitive Leap Solutions is proud to announce that its Founder and CEO, Jack Z. Chen, was appointed as an Advisor to The Stanford Center for Neurodiversity and Human Potential (SCNHP), and joined the Advisory Task Force of the Stanford Neurodiversity Project, a prestigious initiative within Stanford University School of Medicine dedicated to advancing research, education, and advocacy for individuals across the neurodiversity spectrum.
The task force unites global leaders in technology, healthcare, academia, and advocacy—including senior executives from Microsoft and other prominent figures whose families are personally connected to the neurodiverse community. Together, they are shaping a future of inclusion, understanding, and innovation for neurodiverse individuals worldwide.
The Stanford Center for Neurodiversity and Human Potential (SCNHP) is dedicated to advancing a more inclusive and empowering future for neurodivergent individuals through research, education, and innovation.
Vision: To create a world where neurodiversity is recognized as a vital source of human potential, innovation, and belonging.
Mission: The Stanford Center for Neurodiversity and Human Potential (SCNHP) advances research, education, clinical innovation, and community engagement that empower neurodivergent individuals to thrive across the lifespan. Through a strengths-based and inclusive approach, SCNHP fosters environments where all minds can contribute meaningfully to science, society, and the future of work and learning.
In this new role, Jack Z. Chen will work closely with Dr. Lawrence Fung to help establish and grow The Stanford Center for Neurodiversity and Human Potential (SCNHP). Dr. Lawrence Fung is an Associate Professor in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at Stanford University. He is the director of the Stanford Neurodiversity Project, director of the Neurodiversity Clinic, and principal investigator at the Fung Lab. The institute will serve as a world-class hub for neurodiversity research and innovation, bridging academic insight with real-world impact to support individuals and families affected by autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and related neurodevelopmental conditions.
“It’s an honor to contribute to such a meaningful and visionary initiative,” said Jack Z. Chen, CEO and Founder of Cognitive Leap Solutions. “By collaborating with Dr. Fung and Stanford’s leadership team, we aim to create a powerful platform that advances both scientific understanding and community empowerment. This partnership represents a true win-win for Stanford and Cognitive Leap, as we share the same mission—to unlock potential through science, compassion, and innovation.”
“Collaborating with an industry leader that leverages technology to advance early intervention and support neurodiverse children is deeply meaningful. With Mr. Chen’s leadership and his proven track record in innovation and philanthropic work, we are confident that we will make significant progress toward establishing the institute at Stanford University,” said Lawrence Fung, MD, PhD, Director of the Stanford Neurodiversity Project.
