Cognitive Leap Centers Ltd. Raises Multimillion-Dollar Financing from Wealth Strategy Investment

Cognitive Leap Centers Ltd., known as Cogleap Asia, announced that it has raised a multimillion-dollar round of financing from Wealth Strategy Investment, an Asia-based venture capital firm. The financing was completed on September 22, 2026.

Cognitive Leap Solutions Inc. established Cogleap Asia in 2016 to serve the Asia-Pacific market exclusively. Over the past decade, Cogleap Asia has grown from zero institutional clients to more than 100 hospitals, clinics, and schools. It has served more than 4,000 children in Greater China.

Cogleap Asia has also developed a model that trains caregivers of children with ADHD to deliver its HFS® program at home. More than 1,000 families have benefited from this approach, which is designed to make training more convenient and affordable.

Cogleap Asia plans to use the financing to accelerate its growth and incorporate the latest AI technologies into its evidence-based attention assessments and non-drug interventions.
