Founder & CEO
Jack is the Founder of Cognitive Leap Solutions, Inc. (est. 2015) and its subsidiaries worldwide. He is an entrepreneur and investor with an outstanding track record. He also serves as an Advisor to the Stanford University School of Medicine’s Neurodiversity and Human Potential Center.
Prior to Cognitive Leap, Jack was the Founder and CEO of Transworld Capital Group, where he led some of the largest investment and merger transactions between the United States and Asia. One of these transactions was hailed by The Wall Street Journal as “one of the landmark deals of this era” and was later used as a case study by a think tank founded by former U.S. Treasury Secretary and former Goldman Sachs CEO Henry Paulson for use in leading business schools across the United States. His transactions generated billions of dollars in documented returns for investors.
Jack has served as a board member of Asia Society Southern California, the University of Southern California (USC) Arcadia Hospital Foundation, and Committee 2005. He has also been appointed as an advisor to the Master of Applied Psychology program at Fudan University. Jack is an early investor in the leading cognitive science company Magceutics/Neurocentria and has served on its board, actively contributing to the company’s strategic planning. He also helped raise $1.1 billion for Claremont McKenna College—the largest amount ever raised by any liberal arts college in the United States.
Jack has delivered speeches on some of the world’s most prestigious platforms, including Harvard University, MIT, UCLA, the Brookings Institution, the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, the U.S. Embassy in Beijing, and Tsinghua University, earning widespread acclaim.
